We are not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or any of their affiliates. "Telegram" and related marks are registered trademarks of Telegram FZ-LLC.
By accessing our website, initiating a command in our companion bot, or consuming our streaming endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity.
The Service is built and operated strictly as a personal archival utility. You agree to use the Service solely in compliance with the following rules:
You may only request downloads or stream media from Telegram public channels, group chats, or private channels where you are an active, legitimate member with authorized viewing privileges granted by the chat owner or administrator.
You shall not use the Service to harvest, pirate, re-sell, distribute, or commercially exploit copyrighted intellectual property without express permission from the copyright proprietor. You bear sole legal liability for any content you choose to download.
You are expressly forbidden from processing, streaming, or attempting to download any material that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, terrorist propaganda, violent extremism, or malicious malware. We maintain an automated zero-tolerance policy and immediately report offending accounts to law enforcement and Telegram.
We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512) and international copyright legislation.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content link processed by our streaming gateway infringes upon your copyright, submit a formal written notice containing:

To prevent system overload and maintain optimal download speeds for all users:
We offer optional Premium subscription tiers (view Pricing & Plans) to unlock higher concurrency, 4 GB Telegram Premium file handling, and batch download queues.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the dashboard or Telegram bot; you will retain premium benefits until the end of your billing cycle.
If our service fails to process supported restricted Telegram links from channels where you are an authorized member, and our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your initial subscription fee. Simply email support@cs_bots.in with your order number.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) any defects or platform modifications implemented by Telegram FZ-LLC will be immediately overcome; or (c) download speeds will match third-party ISP advertised maximums. Downlink and uplink speeds depend on upstream Telegram data center availability and your local network.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVE RESTRICTED TELEGRAM VIDEO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
In all events, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $25.00 USD, whichever is lesser.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the web dashboard, companion bot, or streaming APIs immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, harass support personnel, or trigger repeated Telegram FloodWait bans through unauthorized automation.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law and applicable local consumer protection mandates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith informal negotiations with our support team.
